How much self improvement can we take?

Improvement It seems wherever you look there is something about self-improvement. How much is enough? Actually, it seems we could use more.

I came across a blog that has the Top 100 Self Improvement blogs listed by Jimmy Atkinson of ONDG.

When you think about self improvement, do you think about becoming more fit? Or, do you think about expanding your universe with education or spiritual tools or through creative endeavors? Are you working through a disability or illness, and do you seek support from others? All these topics and more are covered below, in our list of 100 blogs that appeal to the individual’s desire for self improvement.

The blogs, although numbered and listed in alphabetical order under each heading, are not listed by preference or by value.

When I think of self improvement I think about creating a newer, more improved version of myself. I like to recreate myself and just recently found a way to do that by recreating and redesigning my living space as well. I got some great help on that end from a new book by Jill Butler called Create the Space You Deserve. Her words and pictures inspired me to make better choices for my space, and by extension to make better choices for my self too.

  2. Tracy Crowe says:

When I think about self improvement I want to improve all aspects of my life all at the same time, and of course ASAP. I beleive that utilizing the Law of Attraction is the best way to do that.

I like the idea that self improvement is not about adding some talent or ability to yourself but instead is about getting rid of all the negative beleifs that prevent you from being the person you were meant to be. I can easily picture myself as this luminous being who has been all covered up with mud and junk. All I need to do is get rid of the junk and mud.

  3. Thank you for your feedback. The process is just that…a process.
