Outstanding product/service, internal marketing and external marketing — these form the peak of the triangle. Without a sound product/service, you cannot market it. Internal marketing refers to the experience the customers and clients have when they visit your premises. This is the location of your office, the way clients and customers are treated on arrival, the cleanliness and the general ambiance of your office. And finally, external marketing refers to the way you market your outstanding product/service to get clients and customers to visit your premises. All the three items have to be outstanding.

If you have a good product but poor internal marketing, you will not be able to attract repeat customers.

Systemized sales presentation — Any business needs to have a sales presentation to show the product or service that is being offered. You have to be able to convey key aspects of your product or service in a way the customer understands. Systemizing your presentation eliminates the possibility of leaving out essential benefits what you are selling offers.

Systemized sales call — Here you are informing potential customers about the product or service you are offering and then convincing them to either visit your premises where you can make a sales presentation or let internal marketing take over. The sales call creates a need.

All these things are inter-twined and one cannot exist without the other. In order to be successful as an entrepreneur, you need to first have an exceptional product/service, followed by internal marketing, external marketing, sales presentation and sales call.

However, you have to have all your systems in place to be able to achieve unimaginable success. You have to have the desire and yearning to succeed. Once you take pride in what you offer, you will take utmost care to ensure that it is sold in the correct manner.
